Questions, answered straight.

The things teams ask us before a demo. If yours is not here, email hello@maaten.com.

Both. The agents and infrastructure are identical. The difference is the story and the controls. Agencies get white-label reporting and the ability to scale accounts without scaling headcount. In-house teams get governance, transparency and a consolidated stack.

No, not unless you choose to let it. Maaten starts in Monitor mode, where agents only observe and propose. You move to Act mode when you trust it, and even then nothing spends without the approvals you configure.

Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, DV360, YouTube and Amazon, with more on the roadmap. It also connects to your data warehouse, CRM and workflow tools. See the integrations page for the current list.

Most tools give you agents or data, rarely both, and never connected. Maaten is one system: specialist agents that act, and a cross-channel data lake that gives them context. You replace a stack of disconnected tools and the manual work of stitching them together.

Maaten is priced by plan (Starter, Growth, Scale), not as a percentage of your media spend. The pricing page has a calculator that estimates what the platform recovers based on your spend and team time.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is least-privilege and scoped, and every agent action is logged in a full audit trail. Your data is yours, and we do not sell or share it. See the security page for detail.

We onboard new teams in small, supported cohorts. Once your platforms are connected, the data lake begins building immediately and agents start recommending within the first week.

Reporting is a conversation. Instead of static decks, you ask in plain language, for example why CAC rose last week or how TikTok compares to Meta, and get the answer back from your reconciled cross-channel data.
